No matter how you order from us, email, website, phone, carrier pigeon, or snail mail, our standards at Lake Street Home are the same and apply to you, your order, and the shipment. By placing your order with LakeStreetHome.com, you accept them. Unfortunately, any variation of these standards will not be accepted. All of our standards are subject to change without notice at anytime.
Everyone of our products that we sell is quality made. Sometimes, you may change your mind once you receive the shipment from Lake Street Home. Before you return the items, you will need to have it authorized by a Lake Street Home representative prior to return shipment. To obtain authorization please call us at 1-800-913-0947 and speak to a representative. You must ensure that your return reaches us within 10 days of purchase. Any item that is returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee taken from the potential refund. The items must be in original, unopened packaging. Opened or assembled products are not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments and paying for all shipping/handling costs incurred. Any product that is returned and is deemed un-sellable will not receive credit.
How we calculate your refund. When the item(s) being returned are received by Lake Street Home the value of the items minus applicable restocking fees and shipping fees (if any). Once the processing is complete will be credited back once our Returns Department has completed processing the request (usually within 10 Business Days). If the original shipment received discounted shipping, the credit will be issued minus the actual shipping charges paid by Lake Street Home.
We cannot accept returns on any pieces of trim (this includes all types of transition strips (e.g., stair noses, reducers), moulding, toe kick, side panels, plywood panels, and etc.). All of our standards are subject to change without notice at anytime.
